Guest Experience Design

A strong brand is reflected in the way guests feel when they are in the hotel. We create specific guest experiences for each area of the hotel to establish the emotions and atmosphere the property should convey at every stage of the guest journey, from the music and scent to the staff uniforms. After that, we collaborate with the hotel teams to define and standardize these experiences through developing standard operating procedures (SOP) and providing cultural training.
